To enroll at Delmar College of Hair Design the following requirements are needed:

• Personal interview
• Two (2) character references
• Minimum 17 years of age
• Minimum grade 10; grade 12 preferred
• Transcript of high school marks - grade 12 preferred although consideration will be given to mature individuals who pass Delmar's entrance exam
• Non-refundable application fee of $150 (included in tuition cost)

To qualify for trade licensing, you will need to:

• Complete 500 hours at Delmar College, write and past the 1st period apprenticeship examination
• Complete 2nd period of the apprenticeship training
• Complete the apprenticeship hours in the salon
