DelMar College offers both 5-day and 3-day a week licensed professional Hair Design Programs! 

The 3-day, 1400 hour program runs 9am to 7pm, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for 47 weeks, beginning August 20th, 2013.  Students may also qualify for up to $4000 in tuition grants!

Delmar's curriculum is presented in a manner that all learner types can easily access and understand.

You first learn the "step by step" basic fundamentals, then how to interpret and recreate current fashion trends and finally adapt the techniques learned and integrate them with your own creativity.

Our educators have training processes that are salon & spa oriented, effective and practical. They are updated yearly through advanced seminars from world-renowned designers, to offer you the most current salon & spa methods of education available anywhere.

Delmar’s exclusive haircutting program was formatted and based from “Martin Parsons’ Design Techniques For Cutting”.

Martin’s cutting and design techniques have helped many professionals throughout the world develop and enhance their cutting skills and creativity. Most haircutting programs for beginners are based on "copying" a few haircut designs, where as ours focuses on how to create and recreate "all" haircut designs expertly, using techniques that are comprehensive, dependable and creative. Delmar's cutting program; ensures our graduates are confident and successful haircut designers from the start of their careers.
